About Randal Klezmer
Randy Klezmer is co-author of the Indiana Practice Guide to Workers' Compensation, inductee into the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, and Sustaining Member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers' Association. For 26 years, Randy has represented injured Indiana workers in both injury and workers' compensation matters. Randy has devoted his entire legal career to helping people who have been injured in the workplace and elsewhere achieve the compensation they deserve.
A native Hoosier, Randy created the firm after receiving his J.D. from McKinney School of Law, in 1992. From the beginning, he has focused his practice largely on workersβ compensation cases, but also has a significant concentration on personal injury cases. Whether itβs a workers comp claim or personal injury lawsuit, Randy is committed to the belief that clients deserve the firmβs fullest personal attention. To that end, he has built a large and organized staff that is responsive to client needs and keeps them apprised of developments with their cases.
He also believes in a persistent approach in dealing with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel. βWeβre pretty aggressive at moving cases along,β he says. βWe like to pester insurance companies and defense attorneys to get the answers that we need.β
Itβs a strategy that has produced notable results.
