Rachel Kerrison Available Now

Rachel K. Kerrison was born and raised in Southern New England. She graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She later attended Roger Williams University Law School where she received her law degree in 2007. Rachel is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Rachel is also a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Newport County Bar Association. Although her practice areas include Social Security Disability and Personal Injury on a contingency fee basis (no fee unless successful), Rachel spends most of her time advocating for her social security claimants. Rachel spends time with each client and thoroughly familiarizes herself with the client’s disabilities. Rachel understands how important her clients' Social Security Disability claims are and that most need to be approved to have the financial support to be able to afford the basic necessities for life. Rachel has helped many clients obtain Social Security Disability including clients with arthritis, back injuries, depression and even rare skin disorders.
