Kyle is a founding partner of Williams Teusink, a law firm providing legal counsel and advocacy to clients navigating litigation and transactions concerning real estate, commercial, governmental, and corporate issues. In his real estate practice, Mr. Williams represents buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders in residential and commercial property and development issues. As a “dirt lawyer,” Kyle is focused on: • Land use and development • Zoning, permitting, and licensing • Construction • General real estate matters Kyle frequently represents: • Individual property owner • Nonprofits • Neighborhoods • Homeowner and condominium associations • Real estate builders and developers • Real estate agents and brokers • Other real estate professionals Outside of the office, he serves by appointment of the Superior Court of DeKalb County, Georgia as a Special Master in zoning, land use, and other real estate matters and on the Executive Committee of Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Kyle has been recognized as a “Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer” in Litigation, Land Use, and Zoning by Georgia “Super Lawyer” and Atlanta Magazine for more than a decade. After graduating with honors from The University of Tennessee, Martin, Kyle received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Tennessee, College of Law.
