Queena Baumbach Available Now

Queena Baumbach concentrates her practice in fighting for Claimant’s rights in workers’ compensation and social security disability matters. Queena is an active trial lawyer and has many years of experience representing clients throughout Pennsylvania. She handles cases from the initial filing of a clam through the appellate process, and settlement. Queena has been recognized by SuperLawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in 2012, 2013 and 2014, 2015 and a SuperLawyer in 2016. She also has been chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association for several years. She also has lectured on the topic of workers' compensation several times through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
