Philip Martin Available Now

Phillip joined Cuddigan Law in July 2012. Phillip obtained his law degree in 2012 from Creighton University and was admitted to the bar in both Nebraska and Utah. Phillip practiced his law skills while attending Creighton where he gained knowledge of bankruptcy, family law, and Social Security disability. Phil is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). Phillip takes a personal approach to his work with disability cases. Phillip gets a hand on experience to understand what the client is going through and carefully handles each case with expertise and respect.
