Peyton Griffee Available Now

Peyton Holmes Porter Griffee is a partner and attorney at Sweat & Griffee Law Firm. Mr. Griffee was born and raised in Mount Washington, where he continues to live today with his wife Caitlin. Mr. Griffee attended Georgetown College and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of law graduating from both cum laude. During law school, Mr. Griffee was a member of the National Moot Court Team and an Ordered Liberty fellow. He also gained experience with a wide range of civil litigation as a clerk for the Zoppoth Law firm in Louisville, and later as a clerk for Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s civil division. Following law school Mr. Griffee worked as a prosecutor at the Hardin County Attorney’s Office in Elizabethtown, successfully conducting his own Jury and bench trials, and gaining invaluable courtroom experience. Mr. Griffee also serves as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a Judge Advocate. In this role, Mr. Griffee is able to serve his country utilizing his legal skills. Mr. Griffee enjoys volunteering in the local community, reading, exercising, and spending time with family.
