Peter Tovey Available Now

I represent clients in immigration law, estate planning, and criminal defense matters. My passion for immigration law comes from living abroad for several years. As the son of immigrants, I understand the importance of obtaining professional assistance when seeking immigration benefits such as Employment Authorization, Lawful Permanent Residency and U.S. Citizenship. I enjoy representing international clients from all walks of life and take pride in family unity. Helping clients design estate plans is both an art and a science. I take pride in assisting individuals and couples wanting to “plan ahead”, preserve assets, and avoid the time and expense of probate. I also assist families who require probate proceedings to close an estate, or require guardianship or conservatorship for a loved one. During law school, I tried criminal cases as a certified law student at the Multnomah District Attorney's Office. I continue to assist clients navigate the criminal justice system, which can be very intimidating and confusing. Providing skilled, exceptional, cost effective legal representation is my goal. Many former clients seek my assistance and expertise in other areas of the law. I have been a shareholder at Hillsboro Law Group PC since 2016. Outside of the office, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family, music, ethnic cuisine, and sports.
