About Peter Sadelski
Peter T. Sadelski was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Peter earned his bachelorβs degree from Illinois State University in 2018, where he studied political science and legal studies. Peter earned his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2021. During law school, Peter clerked at the Cook County Public Defendantβs Office and the UIC Pro Bono Litigation Clinic. Peter has been with Ed Fox & Associates since March 2022.
Peter concentrates his practice on civil rights law, mainly focusing on wrongful detentions, false arrests, unreasonable searches, malicious prosecutions, excessive force, due process violations, and other forms of police misconduct. Additionally, Peter works on employment law, focusing on discrimination based on age, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, and retribution.
Peter believes in the rule of law, meaning no one is above it. He believes the courts must apply the law equally and fairly to all citizens and entities, whether they are the police, large corporations, or government officials. When government officers or private employers violate your constitutional rights, they violate the law.
Should someone violate your constitutional rights, Peter will help you hold them accountable in a court of law. Peter has been winning cases and has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients. If a government officer or private employer violated your constitutional rights, Peter can help.
