Peter Randolph Available Now

Peter Randolph takes particular pride in spotting risks his clients had not previously seen and in crafting solutions to mitigate those risks and advance client interests. His multi-jurisdictional practice is focused on probate and trust administration, business and taxation. Our clients’ lives don’t stop at the state line and Peter has ensured that he can advise clients comprehensively on issues that affect their lives and livelihoods across the region and as far west as California. Peter advises executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in the areas of probate and trust administration, including pre and post-mortem planning, and estate and fiduciary income tax. Peter’s clients include artists and artists’ estates which he advises on a range of subjects unique to intellectual property. Peter also regularly advises small businesses on partnership and corporate taxation, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, reclassification, restructuring and succession planning. In addition to advising, Peter personally serves as executor and trustee of estates and trusts in multiple jurisdictions. Peter joined Lawless, Randolph & Dale, LLC (formerly Vesper & Lawless, LLC) as an Associate in 2008 and became a partner in 2012. With over a decade of comprehensive experience, he provides in-depth knowledge and expertise to craft effective strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs. A native New Yorker, Peter now resides in Montgomery County with his wife and children. He is available for meetings at any Nats home game (Camden Yards by appointment only).
