Law Firm concentrating on Special Education Law. At the Law Office of Peter D. Hoffman, PC, based in South Salem, New York, we represent children and their families in a variety of practice areas. Our attorneys have represented children with special needs and their families in school administrative hearings and in court. We have participated in Committee on Special Education meetings, the cooperative drafting of individualized education programs (IEPs), and when necessary, impartial hearings and litigation in federal court.
