An experience litigator, Pat focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He has handled matters involving trademark and copyright infringement, insurance defense, unfair competition, product liability, non-solicitation agreements, injunctions, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and bet-the-company litigation. Throughout his career he has been lead counsel on more than 100 jury trials and more than 1,000 arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
