Patrick Kennedy Available Now

I am Patrick Kennedy, a partner at the firm and a lifelong resident of Connecticut. My practice focuses on representing individuals who have been injured, including cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, automobile and trucking negligence, product liability, and premises liability claims. I have achieved significant success at trial, which led to my election as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. This honor is limited to only 500 U.S. trial attorneys under the age of 70. I am also proud to be a member of the Connecticut chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an organization composed of leading trial lawyers in the community who are actively involved in civil litigation. Additionally, I was recognized as a “New Leader in the Law” by the Connecticut Law Tribune. My work has earned me listings in Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Plaintiffs Product Liability Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation. In 2018, I was named Best Lawyers’ “Lawyer of the Year” in Plaintiffs Product Liability Litigation – Hartford. Since 2010, I have been recognized annually by New England Super Lawyers Magazine and Connecticut Magazine. I serve on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and am a member of its Medical Malpractice Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee. My professional affiliations also include membership in the Hartford County and New Haven County Bar Associations, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. I currently live in Cheshire with my wife and our three children.
