Licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas, I assist small and mid-sized businesses with various transactional needs, including drafting and reviewing contracts and handling business purchase and sale transactions. My real estate work involves resolving title and ownership concerns and negotiating commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants. In the oil and gas industry, I conduct title examinations and assist upstream companies with acquisitions and other transactions involving energy-related assets. Since 1997, I have also been a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Oklahoma.
