Parker Smith is the founder of CoreServe Legal, LLC, a Louisiana law firm based in New Orleans that's committed to providing client-centric legal services at upfront fixed-fee pricing. Parker focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology transactions, strategy, and policies. He's also the current Technology Law Committee Chair for the New Orleans Bar Association. Prior to founding CoreServe Legal, Parker was Legal Counsel to Ochsner Health, where he handled information technology transactions and projects with significant privacy and intellectual property considerations. Before that, he was an Associate Attorney at Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann in New Orleans.
