Pamela's practice focuses on representing private and government entities in all types of employment-related matters. She has extensive experience in providing advice and counsel to a range of clients on resolving workplace issues and developing a positive and profitable workplace. Pamela provides training to her clients to help prevent workplace disputes and compliance issues. Prior to joining Elarbee Thompson, Pamela worked as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Atlanta District Office, where she represented the agency in all aspects of litigation.
