Osvaldo Fumo Available Now

Osvaldo E. Fumo is one of the founding attorneys of Pitaro & Fumo, Chtd. He earned his law degree from Whittier Law School and has practiced law in Nevada for more than 20 years. Osvaldo focuses most of his practice in criminal defense and has unique experience with capital cases. In 2019, the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice honored Osvaldo with the Defender of the Year award. He maintains memberships with Super Lawyers, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, The American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, among others. Osvaldo is a first-generation American and has additionally lectured on numerous legal topics as an adjunct professor at the UNLV Boyd School of Law.
