I am Of Counsel at Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP (JMM), where I maintain a broad practice that includes complex litigation, white collar criminal defense, government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and cybersecurity and data privacy matters. I guide clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit assessments to final resolution, including motion practice, trials, appeals, and appearances before government agencies. I also assist businesses in navigating intricate regulatory compliance frameworks and managing sensitive crisis situations. With extensive experience in preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, I have represented clients from various industries in federal and state courts, as well as in international arbitration tribunals and mediations. Before joining JMM, I practiced at leading national law firms, including Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. During that time, I worked on matters involving breach of contract, securities, trade secrets, real estate, intellectual property, antitrust, defamation, and various business disputes. I have led discovery and fact development efforts, regularly worked with clients and government regulators, and independently handled depositions, including participating in trials.
