Nicholas Steinwart Available Now

I have concentrated my practice in bankruptcy, foreclosure and consumer debtor issues since graduating from law school. After graduation I practiced in Lawrence, Kansas with an older bankruptcy attorney. In 2014, I moved to Overland Park and started Steinwart Law Office, LLC. My favorite part of my work is helping save people's homes. In addition to bankruptcy and foreclosure work, I have learned the in's and out's of helping people get mortgage modifications. I have successfully completed modifications for clients who tried on their own to get a modification for up a year before coming to me. If a modification is not possible, I've represented clients in foreclosure defense cases, and a chapter 13 bankruptcy can also be used to save a home.
