Neil Konn Available Now

With a wealth of experience and a commitment to his clients, Neil J. Konn is a passionate advocate for consumers facing financial challenges. He began his journey as a creditors’ rights attorney, where he assisted financial institutions in the collection of outstanding debt. His responsibilities included filing and progressing lawsuits, as well as initiating collections efforts such as garnishments and foreclosures. Transitioning to a consumer debt attorney, Neil has successfully settled more than 1,500 cases for individual debtors, showcasing his dedication and skill in advocating for those experiencing financial hardship. Neil obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Emory University in 2004. He then went on to Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating with his juris doctorate in 2009. Neil was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2010 and was also admitted to practice in the Middle and Southern Federal Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association as well as the South Asian Bar Association.
