Nathan Forck Available Now

Nathan Forck, Attorney at Law, is a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia Law School and focuses on the areas of Estate Planning and Nursing Care Planning. As an attorney at The Elder Firm, LLC, he has helped his clients to preserve their assets and become eligible for nursing home benefits. Nathan has extensive knowledge of program eligibilities and administrative law with the goal of guiding families and helping them to develop a long term care plan that will protect their assets. Nathan is US Army veteran and served in Bosnia (1997-1998) and Iraq (2003-2004). He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Elder Law Answers. He is also a member of the Columbia Downtown Optimists.
