Nancy Budd Available Now

Nancy J. Budd has practiced law on the island of Kaua`i for the past 30 years. The Law Offices of Nancy J. Budd concentrates in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable tax planning, charitable and business organization, and real estate transactions. Nancy was the first woman to serve as president of the Kaua`i Bar Association. Prior to starting her private practice, she served for several years as Managing Attorney for the Legal Aid Society on Kaua`i. She currently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Fifth Circuit Court and serves on numerous civic and charitable boards.
