Timothy T. Conlon, Esquire is the lead attorney at the Custody Place. Tim is from Reading Pennsylvania originally and is a married father of three. He obtained his undergraduate degree at George Washington University in Washington DC. Tim also took a year of Undergraduate studies at Trinity College in Dublin Ireland. His Juris Doctorate of Laws was obtained at Temple University Law School in Philadelphia Pennsylvania (with honors) in 1995. After Law School, Tim worked in Anchorage Alaska on family law, native rights and interstate child abduction cases. He completed study (with honors) in Maryland Family Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law. While there, he studied under Judge Fader the Author of the leading treatise on the subject “Maryland Family Law.’ Moving to Maryland Tim served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Frederick county Circuit Court. A prestigious post because the circuit court decides all matters of custody, children and divorce in Maryland. He is the principal operating attorney of “The Custody Place” a law firm dedicated to concentration in family law, custody, visitation and divorce. It is the first firm of its kind.
