Mr. Shelton Available Now

Kyle J. Shelton has dedicated his practice to insurance bad faith, helping clients who have had their long-term care or long-term disability benefits denied. Kyle has been honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Arizona for seven years (2017-2023). Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Kyle received his law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Arizona University in 2006. Kyle has a 10/10 rating by and has been recognized in the 2011 and 2010 Arizona Attorney’s Creative Arts Competition for his work in humor. Additionally, Kyle is a recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyer’s award, and has been inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Shelton is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for Arizona, and the 9th Circuit.
