Mr. Mora has represented clients in a variety of business transactions, real estate transactions and administrative matters. For the majority of his career, Mr. Mora has focused on the unique legal needs and challenges facing providers in the health care industry. His experience includes advising clients on structuring business relationships, complying with health care regulations including the Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and representing health care entities and providers before health regulatory agencies including the Texas Attorney General , a number of Texas Professional Boards, and the federal and state Health and Human Services Offices of Inspector General.
