I handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, wage & hour, post-employment restrictive covenants (noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements), severance and separation agreements, and breach of contract. I advise and represent employee clients in all aspects of state and federal employment law claims involving their current or former employers. I also represent employers in claims involving their employees, and help them manage HR and legal risk through effective compliance in matters of compensation, workplace policies and employee handbooks, hiring, termination, performance management, and employment agreements. I also handle government investigations, and conduct internal investigations. I am also trained to facilitate resolution of employment complaints as a neutral mediator.
