Mr. Flaherty Available Now

I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from the Academy of Math and Science High School in 1990. I then served a term of enlistment in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Technician. Upon returning to the St. Louis Metropolitan area I completed my undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Missouri St. Louis in 1998. I then attended St. Louis University School of Law, and graduated in 2001. During Law School, I was a member of the National Moot Court Team for St. Louis University and took numerous classes emphasizing my interest in civil litigation. I was also an intern at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and provided legal services under my Rule 13 Certification to many disadvantaged clients throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. I was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2001. Upon graduating from Law School I did defense work for a well respected St. Louis Firm. I concentrated in defending first and third party claims on behalf of insurance companies and their insured for a period of almost 10 years before joining the Thurman Law Firm. I concentrate my practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability.
