Thomas J DeBacco began practicing law in Columbus, Ohio after graduating from Capital Law School. He opened a second office in Port Clinton, Ohio, but his office still has clients all over the state of Ohio. Recently, Patrick Mancinetti was made partner and is now the managing owner of the firm.
