Moshe is the Managing Partner Litigation at Consumer Attorneys PLLC. Moshe has a proven track record of representing consumer around the country under a wide array of federal and state consumer protection claims, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Consumer Leasing Act, the Federal Odometer Act, the Consumer Credit Fairness Act, and more. Moshe was previously associated with a nationwide securities class-action firm, where he prosecuted high-stakes investor litigations against Wall Street companies accused of fraud and other wrongdoing and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of institutional and individual investors. Moshe has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for the New York Metro area every year since 2018. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and currently serves as the editor of the NYLitigator, a quarterly publication of NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. Moshe earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
