Milissa Tipton-Dunkins Available Now

Milissa R. Tipton-Dunkins was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has been admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court. She has extensive experience in complex immigration matters and representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and those in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the United States Department of Justice’s Immigration Courts (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
