Michaela Quinlan Available Now

Michaela Quinlan is an associate attorney at The Bagley Law Firm, where she specializes in complex civil litigation, personal injury cases, and domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody, and post-decree issues. Originally from Cheshire, Connecticut, Michaela is the daughter of a nuclear engineer and a high school math teacher. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Anthropology and History from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she also served as Head Captain of the university's rugby team. Michaela continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she simultaneously earned a Master of Public Health, graduating from both programs with honors. During her time at Pittsburgh, she served as President of OUTLaw, the university’s LGBTQ student organization, and as Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Before joining The Bagley Law Firm, Michaela gained valuable experience working with a family law firm in Colorado’s 6th Judicial District in La Plata County. This role involved managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, post-decree modifications, protection orders, adoptions, and domestic violence cases. Additionally, Michaela served as Corporate Counsel for T-Mobile, where she oversaw regulatory affairs for California and other western states. In this capacity, she worked closely with state utility commissions to ensure regulatory compliance and participated in drafting new industry legislation. Committed to public service, Michaela also volunteered as a children’s immigration attorney with Kids in Need of Defense, providing pro bono representation for children appearing before U.S. Immigration Court. Now a proud Colorado resident, Ms. Quinlan enjoys rock climbing, soccer, skiing, backpacking, painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Wicklow.
