Michael Rainka Available Now

Michael was born in Albany, New York, but grew up in Port Orange, Florida. After graduating from Father Lopez Catholic High School, Michael attended the University of Florida. After two years working as a Real Estate Agent, Michael returned to school to study law at Florida Coastal School of Law. He graduated cum laude and became an Assistant Public Defender. Michael served as an Assistant Public Defender for four years practicing Criminal Law. He has represented thousands of individuals across Florida facing various charges ranging from minor misdemeanor offenses to Attempted Murder. Additionally, Michael has handled hundreds of Florida DUI charges and tried multiple Florida DUI cases to verdict. Michael most recently worked for a Construction Litigation, Real Estate, and Personal Injury Law firm focusing solely on civil litigation. Michael has tried more than 30 trials to verdict. Since founding Rainka Law, Michael has focused his practice solely on criminal defense and consumer protection, most specifically DUI defense and violations of consumer protection laws.
