Michael McNichols Available Now

After obtaining an MBA I worked for eight years in various aspects of commercial real estate including syndication analysis, consulting, brokerage and appraisals. I have been practicing law since 1992. I clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice during my 2nd and 3rd year of law school. My law practice involves assisting local businesses with legal/financial problems, working with Oregon consumers whose needs are best resolved through the legal system, and assisting families with the administration of probate estates. I am currently a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. I am also a member of Clackamas County Bar Association and the Multnomah Bar Association.
