Michael Giardina Available Now

As a founding partner of Godbey Giardina Law Group, I dedicate my practice to representing insurance policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. I was born and raised in New Orleans, where I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. During Hurricane Katrina, I participated in search and rescue operations, an experience that profoundly shaped my perspective. That disaster also introduced me to the challenges policyholders face when dealing with insurance companies, as my own family encountered fraudulent documents, underpayments, and delays in our claim. Although I wasn’t yet an attorney, I witnessed the critical role legal representation plays in achieving a fair outcome. My professional journey includes significant experience in fraud investigations, law enforcement, disaster relief, search and rescue, and arbitration. While serving in law enforcement, I earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Loyola University of New Orleans. I later attended Loyola College of Law in New Orleans, where I was a member of the Loyola Law Review. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to assisting policyholders in rebuilding their lives after disasters. Just as I did in law enforcement, I remain devoted to helping people navigate their most difficult times.
