Michael Fischetti, ESQ. - Managing Partner Michael Fischetti is the founding and managing partner at The Fischetti Law Group. The founding principle for the law firm that bears his name is to provide the best, most aggressive representation possible while always having great communication with his clients. Mr. Fischetti lives in the Boynton Beach area and is blessed by his marriage to his wife Elizabeth and is grateful for his three amazing children Zachary, Sydney, and Ryan. EDUCATION Prior to beginning his legal career, he grew up in a small town in western New York. Mr. Fischetti attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. While in college Mr. Fischetti obtained his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. At Plattsburgh, Michael achieved academic success and received a multitude of awards academically, socially, and for his community involvement. During his time at Plattsburgh, he founded the local chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma. He was also a member of Phi Eta Sigma (Freshman Academic Honor Society), Omicron Delta Kappa (Academic Honor Society), Alpha Kappa Delta (International Sociology Honor Society), and Order of Omega (Inter-fraternity Honor Society). At the same time, Mr. Fischetti was a Resident Assistant as well as one of 20 Student Ambassadors for the university. Upon graduating SUNY Plattsburgh Michael relocated to South Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad law school. EXPERIENCE Mr. Fischetti began honing his litigation skills while in law school after being hand selected to be a member of the trial team through the Association of Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
