About Michael βΊ
Michael Patrick Hanley
Mike was born in Hammond, Louisiana. After service in the United States Army and Army Reserve, he completed his undergraduate studies at Southeastern Louisiana University and upon graduation, Mike pursued a career in the Non-Profit industry. He spent 30 years with the Boy Scouts of America while also practicing as a Licensed Auctioneer selling Real Estate by Auction and conducting Charity Benefit Auctions.
In 2014 Mike was appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired by Texas Governor Rick Perry and reappointed to the position by Governor Greg Abbot in 2018. He served on that Board until moving to Oklahoma in 2023.
Mike decided to retire from those industries in 2019. Others might have gone fishing or played golf, but Mike chose to fulfill a lifelong dream of attending Law School. He graduated from the St. Maryβs University School of Law in 2022.
In 2023 Mike came to Enid to serve as an Assistant District Attorney with the Garfield County District Attorney's office and now works at Trojan Field & Harvey helping our clients with a variety of legal issues.
