About Meghan Lawlor
I am an associate at Lindabury, where I focus my practice on estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. I also have experience handling commercial litigation matters.
I provide guidance to clients on all aspects of estate planning and administration. Additionally, I represent clients in probate litigation, including fiduciary disputes and guardianship proceedings. I also assist clients with matters involving New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and related filings.
Before joining Lindabury, I served as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. During my clerkship, I conducted legal research and drafted judicial opinions on a variety of chancery and probate issues.
I earned my law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where I was the Managing Editor of the Womenβs Rights Law Reporter. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
