Max is focused on transactions, counseling and brand management for creators across the digital media landscape. His clients include influencers/content creators, podcast producers/hosts, musicians and songwriters, TV/film writers and producers, advertising, marketing and start-up businesses. His specialties include negotiation and document drafting social media, brand partnership and collaboration agreements, production services agreements, option agreements and recording contracts, distribution agreements, talent management agreements, as well as intellectual property registration and enforcement, entity formation, licensing and publishing agreements. Max graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2013 and is licensed to practice in both the State of California and State of New York. Growing up in and around the LA entertainment business, Max has always been passionate about entertainment as art, and relishes the opportunity to help talented, creative people make smart choices to protect their content, their brand and themselves. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California-Santa Barbara and prefers to be in the mountains as much as possible.
