Maureen Howard Available Now

Maureen Howard is a partner at Howard & McBeath PLLC, a full-service law firm serving clients throughout New Hampshire. The firm provides advocacy in the areas of: Estate Planning, (Wills and Trusts), Family Law, Mediation, Guardianships, Probate, and QDRO's. Her practice focuses on Wills, Trusts, probate, and QDRO's. She has practiced extensively in the district courts, superior courts, probate courts, and family courts throughout the state, and has been involved with numerous successful New Hampshire Supreme Court appeals. Maureen is also an RN, recently retired after 37 years as an ICU/CCU nurse. She has worked in New York, Portsmouth, NH, and in Boston in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Mass General Hospital. She earned CCRN certification more than 35 years ago, and has also served on several New Hampshire Medical Malpractice screening panels. In addition to her law practice, Maureen was an adjunct professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at NHTI, where she taught Legal Research and Writing, Medical/Legal Ethics, and Risk Management for many years.
