Matthew Setley Available Now

Matthew M. Setley, Esq. joined the firm that would become Georgeadis||Setley in 2010. He focuses his practice on family law (divorce and custody) and civil litigation. Mr. Setley has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in connection with a wide range of matters in Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts. He primarily focuses his practice in the legal fields of divorce, child custody, personal and business litigation matters, and select criminal defense work. Mr. Setley earned his undergraduate degree in political science from The George Washington University (Washington, DC); thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude (with honors), from Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, FL), the Nation's most elite law school for trial and litigation focused education, according to U.S. News and World Report, during the time of Mr. Setley's attendance. Mr. Setley is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Berks County Bar Association. Mr. Setley has received praise from his peers, including being chosen by his fellow Berks County attorneys as a Select Lawyer in 2018 and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2019.
