Matthew Samley Available Now

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mr. Samley graduated from Millersville University with honors in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Samley is a former adjunct instructor for Penn State York where he taught courses in Debtor/Creditor Law, Commercial Law, Corporations and Partnerships, and Understanding and Writing Legal Documents for the Business Professional. Currently he teaches for Sterling Educational Services and the National Business Institute as a instructor in collection law, ethics, LLC formation and bankruptcy.
