Marshall Magincalda Available Now

Marshall L. Magincalda is a Texas attorney and former U.S. Marine who brings grit, discipline, and a deep respect for justice to every case he takes. After serving as an infantryman in the Marine Corps following the 9/11 attacks—including involvement in a high-profile incident in Iraq—Marshall’s firsthand experience with the justice system shaped his path to the law. He now uses that perspective to advocate for working people facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Based in Abilene, Texas, Marshall leads a boutique, client-centered practice focused on employment law, with additional experience in personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and appellate litigation. He works in all of these practice areas and regularly represents employees in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace injuries, retaliation, discrimination, and wage violations. While employers occasionally retain him for hourly compliance advice, his litigation practice is rooted in holding employers accountable and protecting workers’ rights.
