Mark also provides legal advice regarding complex real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, drafting of documents, lease agreements, title opinions, financing options, and troubleshooting. If litigation is necessary, he provides litigation support and advice for clients. Prior to joining Urbon Yonts, Mark ran a state-wide title company and a multi-state construction company.
