Mario Fiumefreddo Available Now

Criminal defense attorney Mario J. Fiumefreddo is a lifelong Milwaukee resident. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette Law School. Mr. Fiumefreddo’s time at MU Law carried a strong emphasis in both criminal law and trial advocacy. He took most of the available courses in those respective areas, competed in two national mock trial competitions as a member of the law school’s mock trial team, and he spent the summer before his final year interning with a local criminal defense firm. During his last year of law school, he interned with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in their Sensitive Crimes Unit. As an intern, he was allowed to directly handle or otherwise participate in all different types of criminal proceedings before he ever becoming a fully licensed attorney. Upon graduating from MU Law in 2021, Mr. Fiumefreddo became a full-time Assistant District Attorney for Milwaukee County in their Domestic Violence Unit. During this time he handled a full misdemeanor caseload in one of Milwaukee County’s assigned DV courts, and his time within the DA’s Office provided him with invaluable experience in litigating criminal cases. This has allowed him to hit the ground running and assist individuals facing criminal charges, revocations, or traffic offenses.
