Maria Miaoulis Available Now

Maria Miaoulis is the founder and lead attorney at Miaoulis Law, a Palm Harbor law firm serving residents of Pinellas and Pasco counties in areas such as estate planning, probate, elder law, real estate and business law. Ms. Miaoulis is the owner and managing attorney of Miaoulis Law as well as its predecessor law firm, Bilirakis Law Group, which served the Pinellas County region for over 30 years. Ms. Miaoulis has a long history with Bilirakis Law Group and Miaoulis Law, serving as the Office Manager at Bilirakis Law Group for seven years between graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and a Minor in Business Administration and entering law school at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Upon graduation from law school with a juris doctor law degree, Ms. Miaoulis entered the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office. During her five and a half years as an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Miaoulis prosecuted cases of elder abuse in Pinellas County, an experience which continues to inform her practice as an advocate for seniors at Miaoulis Law. After leaving the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office, Ms. Miaoulis joined the Bilirakis Law Group as an attorney and later served as the firm’s managing attorney. In December 2024, Bilirakis Law Group became Miaoulis Law, where Ms. Miaoulis continues her leadership role.
