Margo Barnett Available Now

Margo Barnett is a founding partner of Clagett & Barnett, PLLC. She has practiced law in Hardin and surrounding counties since 2003. During that time, she has helped hundreds of clients through some of the most trying times in their lives. Her dedication to developing a personal relationship with each of her clients has led numerous repeat clients over the years. Margo began her legal career in Elizabethtown working for another law firm. She helped clients with divorce, custody, adoption, domestic violence cases, neglect and abuse cases, and criminal defense and personal injury. Margo grew up in Frankfort, Kentucky, and completed her undergraduate degree at Murray State University. After living in Nashville for two years working in public relations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, she attended law school at Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law. She graduated with honors in 2003 and moved to Elizabethtown to begin her legal career. Margo is an active member in the Elizabethtown community. She is a member of the Hardin County Bar Association; Hardin County Teen Court; and the Parent Education Clinic. She has served on various local charity boards and volunteers regularly at Feeding America and Warm Blessings. Margo is also a wife and mother, roles which give her the real-life experience to handle many of the issues her clients are facing. Margo is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
