Marcus Gunn Available Now

Marcus grew up in Salem, Oregon, watching his father, Marc Gunn, and grandfather, Robert Gunn, working as criminal defense attorneys. Marcus decided to continue the family legacy by receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy in 2018 from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law in 2021. Marcus is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (OCDLA) and the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), and the executive editor of the 2025 Trial Notebook, an OCDLA publication. Since 2021, Marcus has primarily practiced in criminal defense, while also assisting with expungements (motions to set aside) and gun rights restoration. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys fishing for salmon, steelhead, and trout around Oregon.
