I have been a practicing attorney since 2000. Over the years, I have practiced in many different areas of law and have now settled into the areas of law that I very much ENJOY practicing. My practice currently centers on probate, business and corporate, estate planning and personal injury.
I believe I can achieve the best results for my client as I have successfully litigated cases in all areas that I practice. The preference is to avoid a trial but it certainly helps to achieve an optimal settlement when my adversary is aware that I can proceed to a trial if necessary.
