I am Marc Lazarus, a Russell & Lazarus APC partner, and a recognized personal injury attorney. I have pioneered video technology, custom computer animation, medical education resources, and the insertion of medical films to present my client stories to juries effectively. This innovative approach has led me to win thousands of personal injury cases across Southern California. I focus on cases that involve traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, shoulder injuries, wrist and hand injuries, knee injuries, and ankle injuries. My experience with these types of injuries greatly benefits my personal injury clients. I am dedicated to continually advancing my education to ensure I am the most effective attorney for my clients. I regularly attend classes at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers' College to enhance my skills. Furthermore, I am committed to giving back to the community. I have served as a pro bono arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and continue to be an active member of the panel of arbitrators. I have also acted as a pro bono mediator, helping to resolve disputes in several limited jurisdiction civil actions in Orange County. Outside of my professional life, I am married to my wife, Cathy. I volunteer in my community when I am not practicing law or spending time with her. I have been an AYSO Assistant Soccer Coach in Regional 1422 for the past five years.
