I focus on patent prosecution and advise clients on developing IP portfolios that align with their business objectives. I have significant experience in assisting startups with crafting and executing their initial patent strategies. I regularly collaborate with companies in the video game and medical device industries to pinpoint and secure their innovative intellectual property. Additionally, I have supported as a patent specialist in major litigation cases and mergers and acquisitions deals. My educational background in physics, computer simulation, and gaming equips me with the ability to swiftly grasp and comprehend a variety of new technologies. This is particularly true for inventions that involve complex mathematical analysis to explore and influence the state of various systems, whether physical, online, or otherwise. I have contributed to multiple published articles on topics related to artificial intelligence and intellectual property. These publications cover issues such as the patentability of inventions that utilize neural networks, the regulation of artificial intelligence in medical devices, and the legal recognition of artificial intelligence as an inventor or author. During my time in law school, I was the lead articles editor for IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property and served as president of the Student Intellectual Property Association. Before attending law school, I worked at Fenwick as a patent agent.
