Brad co-founded Green Light Law Group in 2015, specifically to empower the cannabis industry. Brad brings diverse and well-versed perspectives to all areas of trial practice, real estate disputes and transactions, foreclosure law, and creditor’s rights. Brad founded and ran a real estate investment company in Oregon, and also understands the complexity of marijuana and hemp law- making him one of the west coast’s leading legal experts in cannabis real estate.
Beginning as a judicial law clerk and then a trial court judge, Brad practiced in Washington, D.C. and Maryland for seven years, including numerous bench and jury trials and appellate arguments in the D.C. Court of Appeals and in the Circuit Court of Appeals (DC Circuit) before now Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, John G. Roberts.
